Why do some dreamers get to live out their dreams, while other dreamers have to observe their dream?

Here's a Spiritual Gifts Test..... http://www.kodachrome.org/spiritgift/index.htm
Take it....It's inspirational. I took it, and it was total affirmation for me I started crying, because it was God affirming me, in who I am.
Also, try to take it at least every 6 months. I took this exact same test when I was in 10th grade. My gifts changed. Your gifts change....sometimes God will give you one spiritual gift for the time being, to help you in an area of your life. Other gifts he is developing within you....and so if you're new to the faith you're just learning things, things will change.
Post your top three gifts, Seriously we want to celebrate your gifts with you! And Possibly even use your gifts in this community! I'm so looking forward to seeing your results!

Discernment, Exhortation, Wisdom. and then Writing.. interesting. I don't feel like much of an exhorter most of the time.

Definitely see God developing the Exhortation gift in you bryn, no seriously. It’s growing in you. Remember how you said God had changed you at Mexico and Houseboats to be more positive, this is one of the areas God has worked on your heart. I see you investing in several of your friends who are learning in their faith (email me if you want names), and I think at times even I am a “weak faltering, and fainthearted Christian…” we all are, no one’s perfect and you’ve definitely been helping people in the community, including me. I was faint hearted, came to you with this idea, because no one at church was listening to me….and you believed in me, and helped get Community of Artists started, fulfilling a calling God gave me, but I couldn’t do it on my own.
I don’t want to seem, like I am bragging or anything…but several of my gifts tied for second, and third…..^^; I think it’s because I scored lower in the gifts, because I’m not focused enough to develop just one…. 1. Craftsmanship 2. Missionary, Apostle, Exhortation 3. Encouragement, Writing

David......I can definitely see the gift of writing within you. it's beautiful how you write. it's natural to you, like breathing. I love it. The others are quite a surprise to me though. I think your reservations have hidden from me your discerning gift. Haha....I don't have that gift at all (it's actually one of my flaws, that I am not intuitive or discerning.) ......so it;s good you joined this team.
giving...you are giving. of yourself. so kind.
beautiful. beautiful people in our community. I love seeing people's gifts. it makes me happy.

Hey guys, if you have any questions on spiritual gifts, you should definitely talk to Gilbert. We spent a long on Houseboats just sitting there with our bibles and his laptop helping me figure out what mine was. He's a great resource and friend to talk to about this stuff.
